From Ambivalently Yours — self-described "semi-anonymous, aggressively sensitive, perpetually ambivalent" visual artist, animator, and writer whose feminist illustrated art began on Tumblr in 2011 and has been covered by Dazed & Confused, Artnet, Huffington Post, CBC Arts, BuzzFeed, Cosmopolitan, and Konbini, among dozens of others. Her drawings went viral for a specific reason: she doesn't just create them. When followers sent her their own most difficult feelings — their feminist contradictions, their relationship confusions, their private ambivalences — she illustrated those feelings back to them.
